The problem that currently exists in the tourism establishments sector is the disorder in the management of sales processes and the lack of digitization. GNA seeks to speed up this digital transformation of the sector through all the tools currently available. This digitization should make it possible to optimize the management of processes and thus be able to increase and consolidate the percentage of sales through the direct channel. This should end up becoming the main sales channel for tourism establishments in order to improve their competitiveness.
